Aesthetically, this feels like a distillation of the Grand Seiko Elegance Collection, right down to the size.</br>
Regarding the indicators, a bottom sub-dial shows running seconds, the left register is a 30-minute counter, and the right sub-dial link is a 24-hour GMT.A friend and collector warned me, that I should take note of the "long 5" on the bezel.In summary, this is an extraordinarily beautiful if somewhat large (the case is 45mm x 37.3mm) tourbillon wristwatch, with an unusual and very striking dial, a long power reserve (which is partly responsible for the size of the watch) and overall a really strong presence on the wrist. This version in rose gold despite what you might think from the numbers, wears very comfortably and doesn't seem bulky or excessively heavy.The main delineation here is the movement, in which your locked into the larger sizing if you want the higher-spec Cal 400. For simple clarity, the Oris 733 is an entirely reliable but somewhat more basic movement that ticks at 4 Hz and has a power reserve of 38 hours. By contrast, the Caliber 400 ticks at 4 Hz but has 120 hours of power reserve, is regulated to run between -3/+5 seconds a day, and has a warranty of up to 10 years (vs. three for the 733).</br>
