ユース育成 Our friends over at WatchBasThe Omega Seamaster PloProf 600m watches were made in 904L steel, and were put to use by many of their owners.This Philippe Dufour Simplicity was offered to Todd, and luckily, it was exactly the model he wanted – the 37mm case, in platinum, with the guilloche dial. Sure, all Simplicities are incredible, link but for Todd, the larger case size (the alternative is 34mm), the more contemporary look of the white metal (as opposed to rose gold), and the detailed, modern dial (instead of the more traditional lacquered dial with Breguet hands) make this one a winner.Each watch is individually numbered (on the dial) and signed. The movement is decorated with cotes de Genève, and the dial boasts the ever recognizable open-style Breguet handset. The Classique 7137 comes in two variations: white gold with blue dial and blue leather strap or rose gold with a silvered gold dial and brown leather strap.Although the new SBGJ255 is, of course, based on the design language of the 44GS, there are a couple of references in the modern lineup that served as the direct foundation of this watch: the SBGJ005, which won the Petite Aiguille category (for watches under 8,000 CHF) at the 2014 GPHG Awards, and its successor, SBGJ201.</br>
I have never been a fan of the Rolex Cyclops, especially on the 36mm Datejust, so to see the nicely framed date window on the Grand Seiko is another reason to prefer link the SBGH347.Additionally, the lugs look worn from wear, but not like they've been polished to death; the pushers and crown are still crisp, and the lume plots all appear to be intact and correct. If the watch wasn't the ur-Paul Newman, it might not be the most desirable example, but considering the context, it's far more preferable for the watch to show that it hasn't been tampered with (and that it was actually worn) than for it to be in new-old-stock condition.I know I say this with some frequency, and also that it is my job, but I am really pumped to see the Reverso Tribute Chronograph in person. Not only do I rather love a complicated Reverso, but I also have even more love for those that manage two very different looks between the two available dials. As such, the offer of a single steel Reverso with both an elegant time-only dial and a complicated skeletonized chronograph dial, offers a specific and strong appeal.</br>
