It has a lot of "Bauhaus" to it in the design and I link found the slim, sharp, and drilled, lugs unique.It made me realize that all that PADI stuff is purely an excuse for those in training to go swimming, so I considered myself as good to go.Even merely handling a plated watch, the weight of which doesn’t match the look, puts me off a bit.It's incredible how much attention the MoonSwatch still gets over two years after its debut.</br>
As I spent time with the Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 40mm in rose gold PVD and blue, my opinion shifted twice.With gold, it is easier to get scratches out (or repair the case or bracelet) than with titanium.However, the luxury you get from the white gold and steel Sky-Dweller is link largely that of something built and engineered with great care, attention to detail, and precision, not a luxury of materials or a luxury of manually executed decorative techniques.All told it's a simple, understandable, and entirely exciting development for one of the OG faux-vintage dive watches. With new sizing, continued tool-level specs, COSC timekeeping, and a variety of mount options, Longines continues to impress with their 2023 novelties, and I'd imagine that this new take on an old diver will be very popular for those who appreciated the Legend Diver design but wanted it in a more conventional mid-sized offering.</br>
I love this watch, my wife has the original model (114270) and it looks great on her. The fact that this new model is 39mm, would make it suitable for me as well, but I wonder how fast I would be annoyed with the hands of this model. Rolex appearantly used the hands of the 36mm model, which are too short for this new version in my opinion.Thomas, on the other hand, is enjoying the simple life with his time-only VPC Type 37HW. As far as watches go, this is just about as uncomplicated as it gets. But will the next chapter in the VPC book be a slightly more complicated one? Only time will tell if link it will only tell time or not.I thought that was going to be my go-to strap for this summer, but now that I’ve tried the Artem Sailcloth on the butterfly clasp, I think there’s fierce competition in the house! The blue on the strap matches very well with the watch.I immediately spotted the famous Takuma Kawauchiya. If not famous for his music career, he's known to watch lovers as the mind behind the T0 Tourbillon concept, which became the GPHG Chronometry Prize-winning Kodo. Kawauchiya-san was completely unfazed as I photographed through the glass, and in fact, someone from the Seiko team had to put on a coat to enter the clean room to grab him for a presentation.</br>
